Product: Ab Coaster Website:www.AbCoaster.com Rank#1 Special Offer: 30 Day Trial For $14.95 Guarantee: 60 Day Money Back Description: The Ab Coaster is probably the most heavily advertised ab machine currently on the market today. Even though I don't approve of all the hype in the commercials, at the end of the day this ab machine does deliver. What you have is a solid well built ab machine that does what it says it will do. It gives you a great ab workout without any strain on your neck, arms, or back whatsoever. This is why the Ab Coaster is my favorite ab machine and why I find it so effective. The main reason why so many people have trouble working out their abs is because it can be extremely uncomfortable to do. With the Ab Coaster, you can work out your abs without having to deal with any neck or back pain. Not only does this make sure you work out your abs with proper form, which maximizes the effectiveness of your efforts... it also allows you to do more reps leading to better results. This ab machine utilizes a "reverse arc motion". By sliding your knees upward, you are able to effectively target your upper, middle, and lower abs all at the same time. Also, if you want to workout your obliques (love handles) you can do this as well. All you need to do is make a minor adjustment to the knee pad. What I don't like about this ab machine is the price tag. At $400.00 I only recommend purchasing the Ab Coaster if you are serious and committed to really using it. Please don't expect to have washboard abs just because you own the Ab Coaster. Just like any ab machine, you have to actually put in the time using it to see results. However, if your really serious about getting in shape and are looking for an ab machine that will help you work out your abs more comfortably and effectively...than this is the ab machine for you! The good news is you can test drive the Ab Coaster with their 30 day trial without having to pay the full price. |
Product: Ab Circle Website:www.AbCirclePro.com Rank#2 Special Offer:30 Day Trial Guarantee: 30 Day Money Back Description: There's a lot of buzz going around about the Ab Circle. Mainly because it provides a unique way to work out the abs compared to any other ab machine I've ever come across. Basically the Ab Circle works out your stomach by sliding from side-to-side. This allows you to workout all of your ab muscle groups at once. The major benefit I see with the Ab Circle is that this type of ab workout also provides cardio benefits. This not only conditions your heart and lungs but also helps you burn off calories. So if you are trying to shed off some fat around your stomach this can be a major plus. What I don't like about the Ab Circle is the fact that it does take some getting use to initially. The first few times I used it I experienced some pain in my neck. However, after awile of continued usage I no longer noticed this type of discomfort. In my opinion, I find the Ab Coaster much more comfortable to use...but I can also see why some people may prefer the Ab Circle due to it's cardio benefits. There is also a 30 day trial offer for the Ab Circle. If your interested in this ab machine, I highly recommend doing the trial first because of the fact that the workout can be uncomfortable and takes some getting use to. |

Product: Ab Flyer Website: www.AbFlyerSale.com Rank#3 Guarantee: 60 Day Money Back Description: If your on a budget the Ab Flyer is another great option to look into. It actually provides pretty much the same workout as the Ab Coaster. You use the same "reverse arc motion" that targets the upper, middle, and lower abs all at the same time. So what is the difference between the Ab Flyer and Ab Coaster? To be honest not much really... The biggest difference is probably the appearance. The Ab Flyer looks a lot less flashy than the Ab Coaster, but if you don't care about looks and are only concerned with functionality than the Ab Flyer could be the right pick for you. Also, one other difference that I noticed between the two is the fact that the Ab Coaster is much more comfortable to use. The elbow paddings on the Ab Coaster are much better and I also prefer it's handle bars. Lastly, I did notice that the Ab Flyer feels somewhat flimsy and less secure...but I never had any major problems while using it. However, keep in mind that the Ab Flyer is also about 50% cheaper...so you can't deny that this ab machine definitely provides a lot of bang for the buck! |
